Anxiety and Work life Balance
Paul Reet runs a number of workshops for us. Managing our anxiety and work life balance is an important topic for all of us. Paul Reet is a registered mental health nurse, counsellor and psychotherapist. Achieving a work-life balance can be a challenge, but it's essential for maintaining your physical and mental health, as well as your relationships and overall happiness.
Cooking Healthy Meals on a Budget
Paul Reet runs a number of workshops for us. Managing our anxiety and work life balance is an important topic for all of us. Paul Reet is a registered mental health nurse, counsellor and psychotherapist. Achieving a work-life balance can be a challenge, but it's essential for maintaining your physical and mental health, as well as your relationships and overall happiness.
Fatigue Management
Fatigue is a state of physical and/or mental exhaustion which reduces a person’s ability to perform work safely and effectively. In this course learn how to identify and manage fatigue at work and in your personal life
Workplace Resilience Training
During this course you will develop skills in learning how to deal with conflict in the Workplace and how to over come the barriers to resolve the conflict. Dr Althea Blakey or Alfie works in the field of workplace resilience development and teaches part time at the medical school. She is a keen and experienced facilitator who enjoys developing discussion in small groups.
Stress reduction & mental health in the workplace
Stress reduction and mental health in the workplace is an important one. We all need to learn how our stress levels and mental health can effect us in the workplace. Paul shows us how to develop skills to learn how to reduce stress, making employment a lot easier on our mental health. Paul Reet is a registered mental health nurse, counsellor and psychotherapist. Reducing stress can have a positive impact on our overall wellbeing and making dealing with our mental health much easier.
Mental Health First Aid
Paul Reet runs a number of workshops for us. The Mental Health First Aid is an important one. Just as knowing what to do if we get a physical injury is important, knowing what to do if we have a mental health injury is just as important. Achieving a work-life balance can be a challenge, but it's essential for maintaining your physical and mental health, as well as your relationships and overall happiness.
Drug and Alcohol Awareness
During this workshop the focus will be on drug and alcohol awareness and the effect they can have on mental health. Along with factual and practical information on how to manage usage.
Making Small Changes towards a Healthier Lifestyle
During this course you will learn skills and develop an understanding about how to make changes towards a healthier lifestyle. Nicole Lea studied nutrition and personal training in the United Kingdom. She is highly experienced in helping people to have a healthier, happier lifestyle by making small changes to their physical activity and diet.
