Paul Reet runs a number of workshops for us. The Stress reduction and mental health in the workplace is an important one. We all need to learn how our stress levels and mental health can effect us in the workplace. Paul shows us how to develop skills to learn how to reduce stress, making employment a lot easier on our mental health. Paul Reet is a registered mental health nurse, counsellor and psychotherapist. Reducing stress can have a positive impact on our overall wellbeing and making dealing with our mental health much easier.
